We are like the incomplementary enzyme and substrate.Heated beyond optimum temperature, intramolecular bond broken as enzyme unfolds. Secondary and tertiary structure affected. The enzyme's active site is lost and the substrate can no longer binds to the specific 3D configuration.

Not getting along well with school still. Tests, FA, SPA, tutorials and people's pace are soo fast. Life is tiring enough, kinda dont like rushing around anymore. I gonna find my own pace (:
