Cannot believe today psi hit 370 over in the noon and I was out in the open throughout. Had tuition and also went to ntu for health checkup with Mr Patrick. Walked around in ntu from places to places, up and down many stairs. Fully understand what they meant by breathing difficulties omg. Gonna wear a mask from Tmr onwards!
